Paul Lin
CEO
Paul is the mastermind behind DrillSpot. As CEO, he attributes much of the company’s success to hiring the best employees. Originally from Taiwan, he loves living in Boulder and basking in the 300+ days of sunshine. Paul enjoys the Discovery Channel, indulging in Cold Stone ice cream, and drilling the night away with his Milwaukee 2410-22 Cordless Drill Driver.
Patrick Justis
General Manager
Patrick is a big hearted fellow with a deep understanding of systems, people, and the interplay between the two. As general manager, his abstract ideas have helped morph DrillSpot into the unique entity which it is today. Patrick enjoys journal writing, Zelda, and any activity he can share with his wife and daughters. Although his dream adventure would be hiking from Boulder to the southernmost tip of South America, he is quite content living in Colorado with his family.
