  This product was much better than what was offered at my local HVAC store, it has a spring on the flapper door making a nice seal from outside wind, and a bird screen, which I was going to have to make/rig on the other cap.   It is a switch... what's there to say. You flip it on, you flip it off. It would have been nice if it had been listed with the parts break down of the vent fan. Would have saved me lots of time searching for it. Read full review

  The fan itself is great, the installation was next to impossible. The flange on the inside of the wall is to be mounted 1/4" from the edge of the drywall where there is nothing to back it up. It will cause the drywall to crumble everytime. Fortunately, this was a new install with no dry wall up yet.... Read full review
