needed a defrost for my HRV this is a low wattage unit, and fit my app to a tee...got this along with a little Tempco line stat...clamped the heater over the duct joint right up next to the case, with the thermostat screwed to the case 2" above...great heat transfer, carries through the HRV case ins... needed a defrost for my HRV found this little guy here along with a Tempco 6" band heater..i'm running it at the bottom of its range so it's a little touchy, and wish it came with a lock nut for this reason, but i'll dig one up eventually..other than that,total plug-n-play, very decisive action, mad... There should be a statement exclaiming that this unit does not come with the wiring or control device as pictured. At least it has the screws on the terminals.
