  Specs promise a range of 0.1 pF to 200mF. Tried to measure 1.5pF, but readings were all over the place (up to 3pF!). Same for the other two units we bought. This was using the SMD tweezers to measure a 1.5pF +/-0.1pF Murata cap. An old Tenma was more accurate and repeatable. If needed to measure low... Read full review

  No good. Kept "popping off" after clipping onto test points. Tried tightening them a bit by bending the ends in a tad with some pliers. Didn't really help. After messing with them for a while, I ended snapping off the tip. Waste of $11. The Agilent alligator clips I bought don't seem that great eith... Read full review

  When working in the Commercial and Institutional HVAC field, especially when troubleshooting DDC panels and controls, a good meter is a must. The U1272A handles this need with ease. The only thing better would be a meter that included accurate low ohm scale - say 0 to 5 or 10 ohms.Read full review

  Nice meter, finally some competition for the Fluke 87V. =) Also, Agilent has released an updated version of the firmware and is providing a complementary U1173A IR-USB PC connectivity cable (until Nov 30, 2011) for uploading new firmware.
