Surprise, surprise. Apparently need five wires instead of four (red, green, blue (yellow), white, plus need for additional common. So much for replacing on the second floor thermostat wall. Will now try to install in basement in the wire nest at the furnace.Read full review

While the installation instructions make this seem a bit intimidating to install, I was able to get it going on my single heat/cool system pretty easily. This thermostat appears to be of rather chintzy quality. The little sliders on the front don't have a quality "feel" to them at all. The cover opens, but it's a very poor quality design.
