So kinda hard to review this product, it is a sequencer. It has 2 timings and I think each timing handles 2 loads. I used it to handle a fan on the short time and 2 heat loads on the long times. Read full review

This is exactly the part we needed...now the house maintains the temperature and is not running constantly.
