This bench was easy to assemble. You'll need to drill some holes to mount the top to the frame, but that is about it. The top is smooth and mine was nice an level. Great product for home or commercial shop. Plenty of work space and storage on top riser. Very sturdy, easy to put together with exception of lifting the counter top (careful it's very heavy, need at least two strong people to lift). This workbench top came in packaging and was not opened until 9 days later. Probably should have opened upon receiving. It had a warped top. The nature of wood. Brought it into a heated space and arranged it for dehumidification and within three weeks could be sealed with a tongue oil and assembled.... Read full review

Great product, but the packaging was not sufficient. There was no protective packaging on the corners of the top piece. Mine came with a chunk out of one of the corners. If the packaging had styrofoam on the corners, this would not have happened. Unfortunate, because the product is great. Read full review

Easy to put together, actually idiot proof with good instructions. Very sturdy and will hold tons of weight without any sagging or other problems. It even has pre-drilled areas on the feet so that you can bolt it down to the floor if you so choose. Read full review
