Wednesday, April 06, 2011We were very satisfied with the fast shipment and excellent communications from Drillspot. In our case, we needed 6 units, but you had only five to ship. We located one last unit through our local Grainger, but for some reason they tacked on an additional $50 to the price. I thought they and you were the same company, so can't figure why their price was so, um, creative. We were desperate to finish up a military job and had to eat the extra bucks. Not at all happy. But Drillspot? We'll be back. Thanks again.
