Monday, February 18, 2013If you live in California, forget about this. Drillspot accepted my order, accepted payment through Paypal, then waited until the day before the wrap was supposed to arrive to email me that the order was being cancelled. The reason? "Legislative restrictions in the state of California". They didn't specify what restrictions, and there's lots of stretch wrap sold here. The bottom line was they accepted an order, then waited to cancel it until the day before it was supposed to be here when I needed it to wrap a machine for shipment. Thanks for utterly stinko customer disservice.
