This pump’s solid “stiff-shaft” design is constructed of high-strength alloy steel impervious to cracking caused by thermal stresses, assuring dependable seasonal start-ups and durability in difficult water conditions. Features include permanently lubricated ball bearings; close-coupled, direct-drive motor design; a solid steel shaft; and a nonmetallic impeller.
