Sturdy, well made and priced right. Diameter as published is accurate which was important for the whell to fit in existing wheel well.
Mostly its catalog description. Does not have a ball bearing. Not needed in my case but I would have liked to know befoe buying. "Firm rubber" would be a better description as it does not yield under thumb pressure. It has the firmness of a rubber mallet. Calling it "Soft" rubber is misleading.
