The Wayne Water Systems PC2 Self-Priming Portable Transfer Pump is designed to be used as a transfer pump for such applications as emptying water heaters, swimming pools, live- stock tanks, dewatering flooded basements, and charging polyglycol radiant heating lines. Pump can also be used for an intermittent 40 PSI pressure boost up for applications such as washing cars and cleaning driveways. The Wayne PC4 is not submersible.
Capable of pumping up to 1,450 gallons per hour, the Wayne PC4 utility transfer pump features an easy-prime priming outlet, easy carry cast iron handle for portability and includes a reinforced suction strainer.

as I have bought three Wayne water pumps from Amazon.com .all three were junk . the first one the impeller sheared off three times called the company ordered new ones each time they broke off within a few moments the second one . casing was over tightened rendering the pump useless .never used . the last one .lasted four days .approximately 35 minutes apparently sabotaged . rotor damaged in three different places . all these boxes had been opened before I receive them . . bought one from drill spot .works perfectly has 80 hours on it already a very good pump .a very good buy highly recommended .buying from this company
