Stop Leaky Flare FittingsTuesday, August 30, 2011
Trying to install a new stainless fuel line and new mechanical fuel pump on my 1986 CJ-7, I could not get a good seal between the flared line and the top of the pump. Fuel dripped no matter how much I tinkered with the fittings. A copper flare gasket solved the issue instantly.
Price, ease of use.
