Tuesday, December 06, 2011We ordered the containers and they were delivered exactly on time. Unfortunately we did not order the lids at the same time. We called on November 29th to get the lids, as we needed them on December 1st for our big yearly fund raiser. I spoke with Marisa on the phone and she took the order, walked it to the order department and they shipped it that day. We received the lids on December 1st just when we needed them. They are a very good product. We are so happy with your Customer Service Department. They really went above and beyond the call of duty. We would recommend your company to everyone we know.
The containers are very good for takeout. They hold about a cup and a half and the lids are also foam and fit on the containers really good. Highly recommend them for any carryout usage.
