Description
- Quietly transfer highly corrosive liquids at higher pressures and temperatures. Feature Waukesha 88 nongalling helical gears. With heavy-duty 1-pc. combination bearing and full-size carbon bearing wear plate; sized to match the full gear diameter. Capable of metering to within 0.5% accuracy. Pump housings have through-bolt construction with PTFE-encapsulated silicone O-ring housing seals and a seal flush chamber. Other wetted materials include 316 stainless steel, W88 helical gears, PTFE, Kalrez , ceramic, and carbon. Bidirectional rotation.
- Max. temp.: 450 F Max. viscosity: 100 SSU, except Pedestal are 500 SSU Self-priming
- Pedestal Pumps
- Feature helical gears to reduce noise up to 10dB for quiet operation. Slotted bearings lubricate shaft and gear surfaces to reduce wear. Pump design allows in-line seal maintenance without leakage of trapped chemicals. Suitable for chemical transfer or chemical feed.
