Crawlspace and Basement Fans
- Reduce humidity, mold, mildew, odors, and wood rot in crawlspaces and basements, and help reduce radon concentrations by ventilating these areas. Crawlspace fans mount behind existing passive louvers and pull air from louvers on opposite walls. When using multiple fans, install to maximize cross-flow ventilation. Galvanized metal faceplate can be trimmed if necessary. All models include freeze protection thermostat. ETL Listed for installation in damp locations. Basement Fan 6KXZ0 installs in cut-out of rim joist or wall. 2 reversible fans provide either air supply, exhaust or balanced air exchange. Built-in dampers prevent unwanted air infiltration. Includes adjustable dehumidistat, 6-ft. power cord, and all mounting hardware. Use 6KXZ1 Duct Take Off Kit to duct air supply/exhaust to other rooms.
