Shipping Confusion
Wednesday, December 21, 2011The product is great, but the instructions on the shipping page need work. The way the options for shipping are organized would lead one to believe that expedited "handling" means you get the product faster. In actuality DrillSpot ships everything UPS ground. The $34.95 expedited charge got me the product in 4 days. If you need something in a hurry look elsewhere.
