Great Customer Service
Thursday, September 02, 2010Though I did receive the product requested, I did receive them in two different shipments. I must have received a bad batch of wiremold cover plates because they were warped. I think the plastic covers were warmed and were warped; I was not able to use the covers. I contacted customer service and they took care of the issue immediately. I will work with them again, and would recommend them to others.
