Digital Bench Oscilloscopes
- High-resolution 8-1/2" WVGA display shows large, crisply detailed signals. Scopes feature auto-scale, FFT, waveform measurements, and math. Each includes one 10:1 passive probe per channel. WaveGen software 6XAD2, sold separately, adds an integrated 20 MHz function generator that outputs sine, square, ramp, pulse, DC, and noise waveforms. Other accessories enable network connectivity.
