- Instruments are supplied with a calibration report with corrections to 1/10th of the smallest division. G3715 is individually packaged, and the calibration report is laminated to protect against moisture. ASTM 1H to 9H. G3725 choices cover ASTM 82H to 90H and 111H to 120H.
- Hydrometers are individually serialized; test11ed and calibrated by the manufacturer; and supplied with a multilanguage statement of accuracy. Calibrated floats feature metal ballasts. The instruments are designed to determine standard parameters and a variety of special applications for a wide range of liquids. Select API for petroleum products; ASTM for conformance to E100 and E126; Specific Gravity to determine density compared to water; Sugar or Brix for % weight of sucrose; Baume for syrups and other liquids denser than water; Alcohol, Proof, or Ethyl Alcohol Proof for % ethyl alcohol; Calcium Chloride for % saturation, specific gravity, or freezing point of CaCl2; Isopropyl Alcohol for % by volume; and Soil Analysis for specific gravity of soil.
