Fibre-Metal Faceshields
- Fibre-Metal crowns are made of Noryl for durability and heat resistance. Propionate visors provide distortion-free optics along with chemical and impact resistance. Extra-wide visors provide 40% more protection than standard visors. Visors are also compatible with Fibre-Metal hard hats with Quick-Lok blocks, available on page 2598. North visors have universal mounting pattern and are available in PETG and polycarbonate. Solid Plastic Chin Protector 15W990 gives additional protection to chin area; provides extended coverage when used with Standard Flat Visor 15W988. Brackets secure visor to hard hat. Forestry Head Kit 15W993 includes hard hat, forestry face screen, and ear muffs. Hard hat and face screen provide superior head and face protection from flying debris and chips while the ear muffs offer 20dB NRR and excellent attenuation. Screen mounts directly to the ear muff brackets.
