Bonding and Grounding Wires
- Uninsulated flexible carbon-steel wires have a zinc coating. Insulated wires have a clear vinyl jacket that enables easy detection of fraying. Various clamp styles are available to work with different containers. Clamp opening spans: alligator clip, 5/8"; hand clamp, 3/4"; C-clamp, 1-1/8". Dual wire sets enable bonding and grounding with no other wires needed. Each set includes 2- and 5-ft. wire lengths connected at one end with an alligator clip; other ends also have an alligator clip.
