Wednesday, September 05, 2012The ear plugs appear to be "Terrific! Just what I wanted!", but I have not actually used them yet. They work for Hickok45 (a YouTube celeb) so I trust they will work just fine. I really wanted to applaud DrillSpot's customer service. The plugs arrived with one of the two plugs broken and separated from the headpiece. I emailed DrillSpot a photo to display the problem. I was quickly sent an email asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I chose a replacement. The new plugs were shipped in a larger package with some bubble packing and arrived in about 24 hours. (My residence is in the same state as DrillSpot.) Great service!
