Axial Belt-Drive Upblast Exhaust Ventilators
- For use in industrial and commercial buildings, including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, foundries, and laboratories. Units are highly weather resistant, with housings constructed of heavy-gauge galvanized steel, bolted seams, and reinforced edges for added strength. Drive frames are die-formed, galvanized structural steel, providing a rigid platform for motors, shafts, bearings, and drives. Fabricated steel propellers have steeply pitched blades to generate low sound levels. Integral butterfly dampers prevent unwanted backdrafts and have magnetic latches to minimize damper flutter when not in use. Built-in lifting lugs speed installation; the windband is removable for easy inspection.
