When I called to see what could be done about replacing it I was pleasantly surprised at the service. A new motor was ordered without any hassle and shipped. I was away when it arrived but as soon as I returned I installed the new one and low and behold it works like a champ. Your customer service department deserves a huge attaboy in my opinion. Tuesday, October 18, 2011I was very pleased with the service I received on this order. It was shipped in a timely fashion and I was kept informed via email. It was very simple to intall on my Intermatic timer for my sprinkler system. I only had to remove four screws to access the motor and four more screws to change out the motor. It was a simple process and my timer is working fine now.

Tuesday, August 24, 2010It turned out it was the wrong clock motor. Not DrillSpot's problem. I needed a clock motor for an old Olympia Beer sign and the one I order had different gearing. DrillSpot were quick to get me the needed parts and I would use them again.
