My New Best FriendFriday, July 13, 2012
I LOVE this stuff. I had cracks forming in my textured, stained concrete patio, pale gray. I had put off trying to repair it because of asthetics. I had used some self leveling concrete patch for the garage floor and it worked great, but is was not very user friendly and it was hard to clean up once it touched a surface. This stuff, I bought in a tube, cause I wanted to make sure it was going to work for me before I invested too much into it. I rubbed it into the cracks with my finger then with an old rag wiped along the crack to clean any excess off. Turned out pretty darn good. I may go back and recoat a second time, once this has cured. Some complain about shrinking. I wonder if the company meant it will not pull from the sides type shrinking, as it stays pretty much where you put it and I find the tube is a lot easier to control where you want it. I used up the whole tube in no time filling gaps and holes. It is very workable and doesn't just slide down into a crack and dissappear. Very pleased, thank you DAP! Cleans up with soap and water. I will be picking up another tube in a couple of days.
