Spiral Bands and Expanding Rubber Drums
- Fast-cutting spiral bands remove tough material. Achieve close tolerances when finishing curved, contoured, or hard-to-reach areas. Maximum rpm is determined by rpm rating of expanding rubber drum. Use rubber drums to provide backing support for spiral bands. Steel shank enables use of straight shaft and right-angle grinders. Drum sanding kit includes 6 sizes of drums: 1/2" x 1/2", 3/4" x 1", 1" x 1", 1-1/2" x 1-1/2", 2" x 2-1/2", and 3" x 3", with 1 medium 80 grit and 1 fine 120 grit aluminum oxide abrasive sleeve to fit each drum size.
