Aluminum Hinges and Pins, No Holes
- Resist corrosion and are lighter weight than steel or brass hinges. Can be surface mounted by drilling holes and using fasteners, or spot welded. Hinges can be cut with a hacksaw. 270 range of motion. Hinges with 0.025" and 0.032" leaf thickness are Alloy 3003; all others are Alloy 5052. Additional sizes available on DrillSpot.com .

Aluminum Piano Hinge
Tuesday, May 15, 2012This hinge came just as described on the Drillspot website. I like the fact they also had a picture of it. I was very concerned that it would be shipped in a paper wrapper of some sort and be delivered all bent up. However, I was amazed how Drillspot packaged it! It was in a 6" x 6" x 6' box filled with plastic air bags to keep the hinge from bouncing around and keeping the box from getting crushed. The hinge arrived in perfect condition! Thanks Drillspot for taking such care in packaging!
