Friday, June 24, 2011The customer support is a nightmare. I contacted them and even if you give your phone number, there is no way to track the shipment. Drillspot uses local transporters and can't track the shipment. Different P.O, different order... A mess. When you are disappointed that bad with the price and the customer support... I stayed two days at home because they don't know when exactely it will be delivered ( uh really?) and you need to sign ( or your kids must be 16 year or older)I wished I could rate 0 stars
