Neoprene or Rubber: Rubber.
Tuesday, October 18, 2011I guess I expected it to be a bit more like the neoprene used in laptop cases which is a little softer of a material, this material is very hard rubber. Despite not being what I expected, I am overall pleased with the item.
Good adhesive, and the rubber cuts well.
