Monday, December 13, 2010I ordered two 1/4" rope ratchets (bare) for a testing rig for a large design class project at a university. I ordered two assuming one would break during project testing. The first ratchet survived repeated abuse from hundreds of loading cycles and the second was not needed. The ratchets seem very well built, function perfectly and held up to a lot of abuse. This is a great product.
