Description
- Note: 5-, 6-, and 8-ft. baseboard heaters include 1 set of joining pieces.
- Rugged high-capacity heaters feature 3/4" copper pipe with aluminum fins, 18-ga. front panel, and aluminum grille. Panel is made of dent-resistant steel. Front snaps firmly onto brackets, and is easily removed for cleaning. Pivot-mounted damper with fingertip control can be set in any position to regulate heat flow. White semigloss finish; exterior can be repainted to match room decor. 73/8H x 2-11/16"D.

This Is Junk
Wednesday, December 14, 2011My gripe here is that the copper heating tube was not attached to anything. It is shipped floating around inside the assembly. As a result the fins, in the area where it is supposed to seat, are all badly damaged. I've never seen the inside of one of these before- maybe they are all made this way. But I think the heat tube should be well secured, and it's not.
Nothing. I'm very tempted to throw it in the trash and start over
The heat tube needs to be well secured to the sheet metal somehow
