Temperature controller for sous vide machine
Monday, January 31, 2011We bought this to create a temperature controller for low-temperature cooking (sous vide). The controller works just as advertised. Setting the controller up for use is not difficult but not intuitive either. It took a little trial and error to get it set just right. A better instruction manual with a bit more explanation of the settings would be nice. It is an industrial product so I am sure the vast majority of people buying this have a much better understanding of how it works and do not need a detailed users manual. Overall, the product is great.
