Bad Product Horrible Customer Service
Thursday, September 22, 2011I purchased this product for a small area and it worked poorly, even worse than a residential unit. I tried to return it but Drillspot and management were totally careless whether I was satisfied or not with the product. I feel ripped off. I strongly recommend not buying this product or doing business with Drillspot.
