Norton Hydraulic Door Closers
- Rack and pinion closers have a lightweight aluminum alloy body. Feature adjustments for closing, sweep and latch speed, and backcheck. Closures with retrofit plates allow 7500 Series door closers to replace 4040 Series door closers without modifying the existing hole pattern in the door. The plates will work with regular and parallel arm applications.
- UL Listed for fire door assemblies including UL10C
- Standard-Duty, 8500, 8300, and 1600 Series
- Closers have a medium-size body and springs for effective door control. 8300 Series has a slimline design that requires less mounting space than other closers. 1600 Series has all moving parts enclosed in the body. Meet ANSI/BHMA 156.4 Grade 1. ADA Compliant.
