just a gem....
Wednesday, January 05, 2011needed a defrost for my HRV this is a low wattage unit, and fit my app to a tee...got this along with a little Tempco line stat...clamped the heater over the duct joint right up next to the case, with the thermostat screwed to the case 2" above...great heat transfer, carries through the HRV case inside its now highly insulated exterior...only kicks on very rarely, and i'm getting 86% of the heat back when it does, and of course un-interrupted fresh air...sweet unit, made in Chicago....Thanks Drillspot, and Thanks Tempco!
