The Fan That Saved The Day...Or Did It?
Wednesday, September 22, 2010A rotating grill would send the air in numerous directions for maximum cooling, as opposed to the one direction that this fan's air goes in - straight forward. My bed is in between 2 windows, so when it's in the window, I need a fan that I can move up/down and left/right so I can feel the air. Since this fan only tilts left/right while it's in a window, the air goes over me. I have an old fan that meets all of my requirements: Holmes Product Corp. Milford, MA 01757 USA model# HAWF-1012ER However, it's no longer made and I don't know how much longer it will last. Which is why I purchased these 2 Air King fans: Just in case the Holmes' fan dies. It's made like those little twin window fans and this Air King built into one, plus extra.. Having said that, I am very satisfied with this purchase. This fan is powerful. It blows strong gusts of air. I would reccommend this product.
The speed of the fan is supperb.
A rotating grill is needed for this fan to give maximum cooling.
