The Fan That Saved The Day...Or Did It?Wednesday, September 22, 2010
A rotating grill would send the air in numerous directions for maximum cooling, as opposed to the one direction that this fan's air goes in - straight forward. My bed is in between 2 windows, so when it's in the window, I need a fan that I can move up/down and left/right so I can feel the air. Since this fan only tilts left/right while it's in a window, the air goes over me. I have an old fan that meets all of my requirements: Holmes Product Corp. Milford, MA 01757 USA model# HAWF-1012ER However, it's no longer made and I don't know how much longer it will last. Which is why I purchased these 2 Air King fans: Just in case the Holmes' fan dies. It's made like those little twin window fans and this Air King built into one, plus extra.. Having said that, I am very satisfied with this purchase. This fan is powerful. It blows strong gusts of air. I would reccommend this product.
The speed of the fan is supperb.
A rotating grill is needed for this fan to give maximum cooling.
