Exit Devices
- Nonfire-rated devices have a dogging feature that keeps the door unlatched, allowing traffic to enter and exit freely. Fire-rated devices are UL Listed for 3-hr. "A" labeled fire doors. Fit 1-3/4"- and 2-1/4"-thick doors up to 7-ft. high. Nonhanded. Include strike and mounting hardware. Heavy-duty devices have a hydraulic noise-dampening feature and a high-quality finish. Rim Pullman Bolt Devices resist vandalism and have a 3/4" throw stainless steel latchbolt for single-point latching. A guardbolt deadlocks the latchbolt when door is closed and latched. Rim SquareBolt Deadbolt-style, 1" throw latchbolt engages the roller strike with a flat surface for increased security. Stainless steel bolt design locks into place; resists shimming and door rattling/shaking. Surface Vertical Rod 2-point locking exit devices have an automatic deadlocking upper latchbolt with 3/4" throw and lower deadbolt with 5/8" throw. For doors taller than 7 ft., order vertical rod extensions.
