Why require a signature?
Friday, January 28, 2011I never got it. For some reason you required a signature for proof of delivery for a $10 item. Since I am not home during the day, I could not sign for it and they returned it to you. Not sure why you would require a signature but it lost you one sale and probably several more. One good note is that your price was slightly lower than the source that I eventually got the product from.
The product I got from the other source worked perfectly. Very well made.
