Norton Hydraulic Door Closers
- Rack and pinion closers have a lightweight aluminum alloy body. Feature adjustments for closing, sweep and latch speed, and backcheck. Closures with retrofit plates allow 7500 Series door closers to replace 4040 Series door closers without modifying the existing hole pattern in the door. The plates will work with regular and parallel arm applications.
- UL Listed for fire door assemblies including UL10C
- Light-Duty, 1700 Series
- Grade 2 closers include cover. Have a smaller body, making them suitable for use on low- to medium-use doors. Compatible with door sizes 2 to 5. Not ADA Compliant.
