Monday, June 27, 2011On the list of batteries to replace the one I had, this battery was the lowest price (even though that price was not low). When I received the battery it was not the same size as the battery it was to replace and would not fit into the case of the emergency light. I called DrillSpot and they agreed to take it back and refund my money with a restocking fee. I called back later and that person agreed to refund all money but would not pay the return shipping. It cost me over $8.00 to ship it back. I went to a local BatteriesPlus shop and bought a better (longer life) battery (which fit) for the same price as the one I returned.
Nothing
It could have actually have been a true replacement or they could have at least paid return shipping.
