Not Very Happy

Tuesday, October 25, 2011

I needed this drill for a very important and rush job, i had this drill shipped UPS Red so that i could get it overnight, I did get the drill the next day, but when I tried to use it, we found that the drill was cutting oversized, the drill was a Dia. .375" but it was drilling a dia. .379", my tolerance for the job was .375 plus or mins .003. My machinest determined the drill bit was not cut right and that is the reason the drill was cutting oversized. My options at that point was to return the drill and get another and hope it will do the job or just get a refund, or try to sharpen the drill to see if we could use it. We decided to resharpen the drill and see if we could use it. Resharping the drill did not work so we had to order another drill from another source; we lost 2 days and the job ended up shipping late. I did not bother to return the drill because we tried to reshapen it and I did not think a return would be accepted.

The fast shipping

A non-defective drill bit.
