Spatula and Paddle Scrapers
- Scrapers are ideal for general mixing and stirring. Scrapers made of nylon (300 F) or flexible polyethylene (150 F) will sharpen and contour to a specific use. Smooth finish, with waterproof construction for easy cleanup. Use Paddle Scraper 1YTP7 for greater stirring and cleaning of large kettles. Stainless steel scrapers are NSF listed with chisel point blades and tapered side for improved scraping action. Threaded handle is fully sealed to eliminate bacteria and has plastic grips for comfort and heat resistance in high-temperature and high-viscosity applications.
