Description
- Maintain correct tension on belt and chain drives without requiring manual retensioning. Reduce resonant frequency of chain drives. 2ZRT8, 2ZRU1, 2ZRU2, and 16A169 feature accurately wound compression springs for constant tensioning force. 16A170, 2ZRT9, 2ZRU3, and 2ZRU4 feature reversible torsional wrapped spring for bidirectional use.
- Tensioning arm deflects up to 45 either side of neutral for wound springs; 70 for torsional wrapped springs Alloy steel springs Mounting bracket is compatible with NEMA 48, 56, and 143T designs
