Flute design optimizes coolant flow and chip evacuation, reducing cycle time. 130 deg point reduces thrust requirements and provides accurate hole location and dimensional accuracy. Heat-resistant cobalt substrate allows drill to run at elevated temperatures. Recommended for alloyed steel, aerospace alloys, and other heat-generating applications. List# 622 drills feature nitrided margins and polished flutes. List# 658 drills feature TiN coating for additional resistance to wear and heat.
