Restrictions
- Note: A vacuum or pressure relief valve (sold separately) is required for proper operation. Performance ratings shown are rated with motor running at 60 Hz. If 50 Hz is used, deduct 1/5 from rating. Min. cfm ratings are at continuous flow. Relief valves are mandatory for flow conditions that are under min. or less. Conversions: to psi = (in. of water x 0.036); to in. Hg = (in. of water x 0.074).
Regenerative Blowers
- Industrial-duty, oilless air blowers can be used for pressure or vacuum. Flow without pulsation at low noise levels and are dynamically balanced to eliminate vibration. Equipped with continuous duty TEFC motors, aluminum alloy impeller, mounting base, and housing (5Z651, 5Z189, and 5F243 have cast-iron housing). 5F241 is polyethylene plastic. Use as original equipment or for upgraded performance. Pneumatic air tube conveying systems, vacuum cleaning systems, vacuum lifting, vacuum hold down, vacuum transport, bottle filling stations, printing presses, screen printing, air cushion tables, drying systems, weld fume extraction, textile machinery, dental equipment, waste and water fish pond aeration, aquarium aeration, aeration plating tanks, and air knife systems. For use with air and noncombustible, noncorrosive, nonexplosive gases.
