High Purity Regulators
- Designed for control of high purity gases. Encapsulated filtered seat design prevents contamination from entering seating area. Stainless steel diaphragm for precise control of outlet pressure. Nickel-plated finish with brass/stainless steel barstock construction prevents outgasing. Built-in safety relief valve protects regulator from overpressurization. Two-stage models are suited for precise pressure control of carrier gases or calibration mixtures used in chromatography or for thermal conductivity.
