Good, but not for pipes that are too old.
Tuesday, December 04, 2012Great replacement for a clean out where the threads are rusted away or worn away by time. However, the product will not work well on old fittings with large lips around the threads. Would like to see a much larger rubber gasket to span larger gaps in older pipes. I was able to use the product by raising the fitting and tightening the gasket tight on the old threads. Will do until the floor can be removed and the clean out replaced.
