Wednesday, September 26, 2012This is a great, inexpensive tool for punching cartomizers, if that's your thing. I can twist the needle all the way down and not puncture the inner tube. My unit included a hex wrench, which isn't mentioned in the description.
Small, sturdy, made in the USA
There's a rubber seal covering the needle hole that tends to fall out. You could probably glue it in place, but I find it isn't necessary.
