Customer Reviews
Love this company
Thursday, January 24, 2013The gas can spouts ordered work wonderfully and have come in handy in reconditioning some old cans I had laying around unusable. The order was received on the day I was told it would come, packageing was excellant and I can honestly say the ablitity to get this done online and not have to make a 40 mile drive into town was fantastic!
convenience and excellant quality of the item
not one doggone thing
Shame on Midwest Can
Monday, January 21, 2013I can't believe my eye when I saw on the container said: "Made in USA". We don't make such poor quality product here in the US, ok. Please improve your quality.
Nothing
QA the product thoroughly.
Replacement product
Tuesday, October 30, 2012Replacement Gas Can Spouts were ordered on one day and they seemed to arrive within days. The replacements were exactly what was needed and were in use immediately. Good company to do business with.
Exact fit.
Eliminate the rubber grommet.
Good Deal
Tuesday, November 22, 2011Was looking at having to throw several 5 gallon gas cans away because I was unable to find any replacements anywhere that didn't leak like seives. Finally decided on one last ditch effort to locate the company online, I did, ordered them, and they work great. Also ordered a couple spares just in case.
Work pretty well compared to others (universal) that I'd purchased for the same cans
Cap could be a little more rugged, the plastic cap eventually splits around the top of the threads
This Nozzle is Junk
Wednesday, June 01, 2011Bought some cans with this on them. Out of three, one was almost functional. Try pouring into a small tank like a chainsaw or string trimmer when you have to depress the spring loaded spout to get fuel out. PIECE OF JUNK. This is an effort to keep fumes out of the environment when the reality is that it will cause more fuel spills than it will ever prevent fumes escaping. Run don't walk to another design.
I liked nothing about it
This product could be better by forgetting it was ever invented
Crap
Sunday, April 10, 2011I think we can thank the great state of California for this. I believe that all gas cans are now compliant to CA's new CARB law. We just recently bought some new gas cans and they all have this crappy slow design. My wife and I both tag team the can cans. One to hold the stupid valve open that ours have and the other to pour the gas. I think I'm going to try to find just a plain cap for my gas can and modify my existing spouts to pour gas just a tad faster. It literaly takes 5 minutes or more to pour 5 gallons of gas.
Amazing
Tuesday, July 20, 2010I dont really believe one person could come up with an item like this. Maybe a roomfull of designers or high tech pros sitting around hitting the happy weed could come up with something better. Try holding a full can of deisel chest high and empty it in a tractor. The blazing speed of probably a half gallon a minute will strain your gizzard. Come on guys, you can do better than this!
Too Slow !!!!!
